Six Dallas physician leaders are co-chairing TMA Foundation’s 31st annual gala, Wonderland, on Friday, May 3 during TMA’s annual meeting, TexMed, at the Dallas Convention Center.
TMAF is pleased to welcome Drs. Donna Casey and Gary Weinstein, Drs. Rainer and Anita Khetan, and Drs. Roger Khetan and Thomas Heil.
Drs. Casey and Weinstein, who have been TMAF donors since 2005, said, “We are honored to support the TMA, the largest state medical society in the US that makes the practice of medicine smoother for all of us with a mission of improving the health of all Texans.” The couple are both TMA delegates from Dallas County Medical Society.
Dr. Roger Khetan and Dr. Heil shared, “We are looking forward to celebrating in Dallas with all of our fellow hard-working Texas physicians.”
Dr. Casey, the 2023 president of the Dallas County Medical Society, practices internal medicine with her father, Dr. Franklin Casey, at their office in Dallas. She is also a competitive dressage rider.
Dr. Gary Weinstein practices pulmonary critical care medicine at Sound Inpatient Physicians Group in Dallas and serves on the Dallas County Medical Society Legislative Grassroots Advocacy Sub-Committee.
Drs. Rainer and Anita Khetan practice internal medicine in Dallas. They have three children, two who are currently in medical school and one in undergraduate studies. Dr. Roger Khetan practices internal medicine in Dallas and is a member of the TMA Council on Legislation. Dr. Heil practices pain anesthesiology in Keller.
