The Physicians Benevolent Fund (PBF) Family of Assistance Funds, made up of three funds, cares for and supports Texas physicians during times of personal hardship. Specifically, PBF offers financial assistance when physicians and their families fall on hard times.
The PBF Wellness Fund enables qualifying physicians to pursue treatment for potentially impairing conditions. (The PBF Disaster Fund activates only in the event of a natural disaster.)
Use and share these materials to help spread the word to physicians who may benefit from the PBF and PBF Wellness Fund.

What could a TMA Membership mean for you, your practice, and your patients?
“Give physicians from all regions and backgrounds a chance to share their ideas, and you’ll be surprised by how many solutions we can find for our most frustrating issues.” In 2024, TMA hit the road to learn directly from physicians what is working, what isn’t, and what can be done to ensure Texas is the best place to practice medicine. Plus, learn all the ways physicians say the association is here to help members, their practices, and their patients.
