As you surely understand, conflict is a part of life.
Although most of us don’t enjoy it, conflict is an opportunity to learn new perspectives and can actually deepen our relationships.
If you would like to learn skills and practices that will help you understand and manage encounters where perspectives are not aligned, tune in to a webinar presented by the Texas Medical Association Alliance (TMAA).
The webinar, Conflict Engagement: Terminology & Skills to Navigate Real World Issues, is part of TMAA’s Enrichment Series – a monthly series designed to help strengthen your leadership skills.
The webinar – hosted by Martha Howell, EdD, and Gretchen Fuller, MD – is scheduled for noon (CT) Thursday, Sept. 17.
Dr. Fuller is a pediatric emergency medicine fellow and emergency medicine physician at The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School. Dr Howell is a quality process improvement consultant for the Office of Patient Experience at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, and the TMAA vice president of fiscal affairs.
Register today for the webinar, which is free for TMAA members.
