As a physician, you know the value of effective communication, especially during interactions with patients, clinical staff, and referring physicians.
If you would like a deeper understanding of how to communicate even more effectively, join the Texas Medical Association for the second webinar in the TMA Lifelong Leadership virtual series: Communicating Across Barriers.
The webinar, scheduled for 6 to 7 pm (CT) Thursday, Feb. 25, will demonstrate simple, effective techniques for reducing miscommunication, and how to effectively handle difficult people, conversations, and situations.
It will be presented by Marny Lifshen, author of Some Assembly Required: A Networking Guide for Women.
The virtual event, which will include a Q&A session, is free and open to all TMA members; however, live viewing is limited to the first 500 attendees.
A recorded version will be available following the event for those unable to attend. The live and recorded events have been accredited for 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
Register online, and visit the TMA Leadership Development website for more information and to stay up to date on programs and events.
